This Cookie Notice applies to the WageFlow website and service operated by The Business Consortium Ltd, company number 16636529, registered in England and Wales.
2. Current cookie position
WageFlow does not currently use non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, heatmap tools or session replay tools on the public marketing website.
Because of that, we do not currently show a cookie consent banner. If we add analytics, marketing or other non-essential cookies later, we will update this notice and request consent before setting those cookies.
3. Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies
Some cookies and similar technologies may be needed to provide the website, protect the service, support secure login, maintain account security and keep the application working properly.
Authentication and session protection for the WageFlow application.
Security, fraud prevention and account-protection checks.
Service reliability, load balancing and hosting/security logs.
Remembering strictly necessary choices needed to provide a requested service.
These are treated as strictly necessary where they are required to provide a service requested by the user, such as accessing a secure payroll account.
4. Cookies and tools not currently used
We are intentionally keeping the public website lean while WageFlow is being prepared for launch. At the date of this notice, we do not currently use:
Google Analytics cookies.
Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or other advertising pixels.
Retargeting or behavioural advertising cookies.
Heatmap, session replay or screen recording tools.
Non-essential analytics cookies on the public marketing website.
5. Changes to this notice
If WageFlow later introduces analytics, advertising, retargeting, heatmap or other non-essential tracking technologies, this page will be updated and a consent mechanism will be added before those technologies are used.
